    We offer a competitive salary from day one and then regularly review this alongside your performance. This means that as your skills and experience grow you have the opportunity to have your salary do the same.

    Each year we confirm arrangements for an annual bonus plan.

  • Flexible Benefits

    We recognise that individual needs vary depending on your life stage and circumstances. Our choice Flexible Benefits programme allows you to choose what’s important to you. One size doesn’t fit all so we leave some of your benefits up to you! Where possible, flexible benefits are provided through salary sacrifice to maximise the value to you too.

  • Pension Scheme

    Planning for your future. We encourage our employees to plan for their future. All employees are enrolled in our group pension plan. The plan is open to all employees aged 16 to 70 who meet the qualifying criteria and employees must contribute a minimum of 3%. Tesco Underwriting contributes 6%. Contributions can be increased through our flexible benefit programme.

  • Life Assurance

    As a TU employee we give you a core life assurance benefit of 4 times your salary. It’s not something we like to think about, but it does give you and your loved ones peace of mind should the worst happen.

  • Holidays

    Holidays are dependent on the role you do but we offer a minimum of 23 days per year plus bank holidays. All TU employees have the option to purchase more holiday as part of our flexible benefits package – or even sell some too!

  • Colleague Clubcard

    After 6 months with us, you will receive an exclusive Tesco Colleague Clubcard. This card can give you a 10% discount on products and services from Tesco stores and Online, as well as a selection of Tesco subsidiary companies.

  • Discounted Home & Motor Insurance

    We offer an exclusive staff discount on our Motor and Home insurance policies.

  • Long Service Awards

    We offer an exclusive staff discount on our Motor and Home insurance policies.
